If you walk in on a Tuesday afternoon or a Saturday night, you'll likely see him pulling pints or plating up fish. He runs the place himself, so when you ring (051) 383 133, it's Peter who picks up. The Harbour Pub Peter Took Over

The Spinnaker Bar sits on the harbour in Lower Village, Dunmore East, Co. Waterford. Working fishing village at the mouth of Waterford Harbour where the River Suir meets the Celtic Sea. Population around 1,500. Thatched cottages, pastel paint, cliff walks, lifeboat station. The pub faces the water. Day-boats tie up fifty metres away. Trawlers come and go. You watch them from the deck with a pint.
