The Seafood Story
Dunmore East is one of Ireland's most important fishing harbours. The boats that work out of the harbour supply fish and shellfish to markets across Ireland and Europe — and The Spinnaker Bar benefits directly from that proximity. The seafood chowder, the beer-battered fish, the seafood pie and the mussels are all made with fresh produce from local waters. This is seafood eaten within a short journey of where it was caught — as fresh as it gets.
