• Beer Battered Fish (€22.50): The signature dish. Fresh local fish in a proper beer batter. Served with chips. It's the simplest thing on the menu and the most ordered — because it's done perfectly.
• Beef Burger (€20): A proper burger — quality beef, fresh bun, well-dressed. The kind of burger that reminds you what a burger is supposed to be.
• Slow Braised Lamb Shank (€27): The long-cook dish that rewards patience. Tender lamb that falls off the bone, rich braising juices, served with the right accompaniments. An excellent choice for a proper sit-down dinner.
• 8oz Striploin Steak (€37): When you want to treat yourself. Quality beef, properly cooked, served with your choice of sauce and sides. The steak at The Spinnaker is not a compromise — it's the real thing.
• Stone-Baked Pizzas (from €13.50): Seven choices, two sizes. The pizzas at The Spinnaker are made in a proper stone-baked oven and have become a favourite for groups and families.
